Refund and Cancellation Policy

At midou rafting kayak, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and affect your participation in our whitewater sports activities. That is why we have implemented a clear and fair refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation by the Customer:

  • More than 48 hours before the activity: Full refund.
  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the activity: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the activity: No refund.
  • No-show: No refund.

Cancellation by midou rafting kayak:

  • Adverse Weather Conditions: If the activity must be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain, thunderstorms, high water levels), we will offer to reschedule the activity to a later date or a full refund.
  • Other exceptional circumstances: In the event of other exceptional circumstances (e.g. security issues, technical issues), we will also offer to postpone the activity or a full refund.

Modification of Reservation:

  • Change of date or activity: If you wish to modify your reservation (for example, change the date or activity), please contact us at least 48 hours before the start of the activity. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancelling or changing your booking.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

We provide all the necessary equipment: life jacket, helmet, homologue, paddle, and wetsuit.

Do you need to know how to swim to go rafting?

Yes, it is mandatory to know how to swim (see the swimming proficiency test) and to be able to immerse yourself.
