Kayak and Rafting Course for Children in the Hautes-Alpes

Internship Description

This course is designed to provide an unforgettable and enriching experience for children. They will learn the basics of kayaking while discovering the natural beauty of the Hautes-Alpes region.    • Total duration of the course : 4 mornings
   • Duration of each session : 1 hour 30 minutes
   • Maximum number of participants per group : 10 children
   • Location : Lake Eygliers, Hautes-Alpes

   Internship Schedule

   1. First morning
   • Welcome and presentation of the internship
   • Introduction to the basics of kayaking (safety, equipment, paddling techniques)
   • First outing in calm water on Lake Eygliers
   2. Second morning
   • Review of techniques learned the day before
   • Group navigation on the lake, with fun and educational exercises
   3. Third morning
   • Exploring Lake Eygliers
   • Water games and kayaking activities to build confidence and balance
   4. Fourth morning
   • Rafting on the Durance
   • Unique group experience, supervised by professionals
   • Presentation of participation certificates to all children
